Her internationally loved classes focus on uniting and balancing mind, body and breath, guiding students to their authentic strength and open heartedness.

Whether you are a beginner or want to deepen and expand your practice, a one-on-one session
with Jan gives you the individualized attention that fits. Work on breath, posture, alignment, or specific poses that challenge you; private sessions can be insightful, motivating and inspiring regardless of your experience. Jan’s area of interest is in the hip and psoas connection.
